About Netloans secured loans

We can offer loans to a wide range of customers: whether you have bad credit or have never missed a payment; if you have no proof of income; even if you have very little equity in your property. We also offer bridging loans up to £10 million.

We won't carry out a credit search until we have discussed your loan needs, as multiple searches can affect your credit rating. We pride ourselves on our high standard of service right through the whole loan process.

Our typical APR is just 11.4% and we have rates starting from just 5.9% APR.

Here at Netloans we do everything possible to ensure all our customers obtain the same level of professional service. However, we realise there may be occasions when you feel the level of service you receive has fallen below the standard you expect. If this is the case you should contact us immediately. If your concerns cannot be addressed immediately, you will be provided with a copy of our complaints handling leaflet. This leaflet will explain how to make a formal complaint, and outline Netloans procedures for handling your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
