Secured loans 'attainable for all'
28/03/2008Consumers who may have suffered from a poor credit history should not rule out the possibility of acquiring an adverse credit loan, one expert has suggested in an article for the LA Chronicle.
According to Sarah Dinkins, a loan consultant and contributor to the Bad Credit Financial Experts website, even those who have gone through bankruptcy can repair their credit history and attain finance - such as a secured loan.
She notes that many lenders will be willing to approve a secured loan for consumers who have suffered bankruptcy provided they meet certain requirements and adds that as long as this has been discharged a loan application can be made.
"Finding the right loan that suits your needs doesn't have to be such a complicated task," she notes.
"Once you've decided which lender and loan best suit your needs and budget, you can either apply online or contact the lenders by phone."
Secured loans are often popular for those looking to consolidate existing debts to avoid further financial difficulties such as bankruptcy.
