Application Fee
Occasionally, and depending on the lender and the product, you will be asked to pay an application fee when you apply for a financial product. Typically this is used to cover administration costs. The application fee is most often seen in when applying for mortgage products, especially if one is applying for a loan through a loan brokers company which may have to approach several third party loans companies.
